Introduction** NowYouCanSeeLove is a blockchain-based vow ritual platform. Technically, it provides blockchain marriage services between digital identities. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the digital identity) and NowYouCanSeeLove ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the NowYouCanSeeLove website (nowyoucanseelove.com) and any associated media forms or channels (collectively, the "Site"). NowYouCanSeeLove is operated by W3B0DZ LLC, a legal entity registered in the UAE: * Business license: 2322461.01 * Registered address: Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE **2. Service Details** **2.1 The Vow Ritual** NowYouCanSeeLove provides a service for recording the union of two digital identities on the blockchain via smart contracts. This constitutes a blockchain marriage — a permanent record of a moment of commitment between two verified digital identities. This is not a legal marriage. It creates no legal obligations, grants no legal rights, and requires no legal process to conclude. **2.2 Nature of Our Services** NowYouCanSeeLove offers a vow ritual registration service. 100% of the fees paid by users are for the ritual service itself — the act of recording and anchoring the vow. The following are provided as complimentary gifts and do not constitute a paid product: * Two Vow Rings (NFTs) * One Digital Certificate (NFT) **2.3 Accessibility** The services are available globally, except in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited by law. **3. Digital Assets** **3.1 Ownership** Users receive a limited license to use digital assets (Vow Rings and Certificate) that are integral to NowYouCanSeeLove's services. These digital assets are provided as complimentary keepsakes and do not constitute a separate paid product. **3.2 Immutability** Digital assets and records on the blockchain cannot be altered or deleted once created. Users understand that once a vow is recorded, it is permanent. This is the intended function of the service — to create an immutable record of a moment of love. There is no "divorce" or deletion mechanism by design. **4. Data Collection and Privacy** **4.1 Data Handling** NowYouCanSeeLove does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for the ritual. We use Web3Auth to create users' custodial wallets, which hold Vow Rings and Certificates. User-submitted content (names, photographs, video vows) is stored as part of the permanent blockchain record. Users consent to this permanence by completing the ritual. **4.2 Privacy Policy** Users must agree to NowYouCanSeeLove's privacy policy, which outlines data usage and protection measures. **5. User Obligations and Representations** **5.1 Age Requirements** Users must be of legal age in their respective jurisdictions. **5.2 Understanding the Service** Users understand that: * This is a blockchain marriage between digital identities, not a legal marriage * The record is permanent and cannot be deleted or altered * The vow preserves a moment, not a contract; it creates no obligations **5.3 Understanding Digital Risks** Users must understand the risks associated with blockchain technology and digital assets. **5.4 Prohibited Activities** Misuse of the platform for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. **6. Intellectual Property** **6.1 Rights Retention** NowYouCanSeeLove retains all rights to the platform's content, software, and digital asset designs. **6.2 Usage Restrictions** Users cannot use NowYouCanSeeLove's assets for commercial purposes without explicit permission. **7. Account Management** **7.1 Registration** Users must sign in with a digital identity (Google, Apple, or social accounts) to access the platform's features. **7.2 Access Responsibility** Access to vows, rings, and certificates is tied to the user's digital identity. Users are responsible for maintaining access to their accounts. NowYouCanSeeLove is not liable for any losses related to account access issues. **8. Payments and Refunds** **8.1 Payments** The Vow Ritual costs $111. This fee is exclusively for the ritual registration service. Vow Rings and Digital Certificates are provided free of charge as gifts. Promo codes and gift certificates may be applied. **8.2 No Refunds** Payments for the ritual service are non-refundable. Once a vow is recorded on the blockchain, it cannot be undone. Refunds are only granted under exceptional circumstances at NowYouCanSeeLove's sole discretion and only if the ritual has not been completed. **9. User Content and Submissions** **9.1 Submitted Content** Users grant NowYouCanSeeLove a perpetual license to store and display content submitted during the ritual (names, photographs, video vows) as part of the blockchain record. Users retain ownership of their original content but acknowledge its permanent inclusion in the ritual record. **10. Liability and Indemnification** **10.1 Limited Liability** NowYouCanSeeLove limits its liability for any losses incurred by users. The service records moments of love; it does not guarantee relationship outcomes. We are not responsible for the emotional consequences of relationships that change after the ritual. **10.2 Indemnification** Users must indemnify NowYouCanSeeLove against claims and liabilities arising from their use of the service. **11. Governing Law** **11.1 Jurisdiction** These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. **11.2 Dispute Resolution** Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the UAE. **12. Supplementary Terms** **12.1 Changes to Terms** We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes. **12.2 Suspension and Termination** We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. **13. Third-Party Links and Services** NowYouCanSeeLove is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the Site. **14. Taxation** Users are solely responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction. **15.
